These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RedEyeX mobile application (the “App”), provided by Muhammed Şimşek (“we,” “us”). By downloading, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
RedEyeX helps you reduce camera-flash red-eye in photos using automated image processing, including AI-based correction. Results depend on the original photo, lighting, and technology limits. RedEyeX is a consumer photo tool only; we do not guarantee perfect results on every image.
You must meet the minimum age and other requirements under the laws that apply to you. If you are not allowed to use the App under those laws, do not use it.
Certain features require a paid subscription (“Premium”). Pricing, billing period, free trials (if offered), and renewal terms are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase and in the App’s paywall.
You retain rights to photos you own. You grant us permission to process photos you submit solely to provide the red-eye correction service. You represent that you have the right to use and submit those photos (for example, you own them or have permission from the people pictured).
Do not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to break security, overload our servers, reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law, or use the App in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
The App relies on third parties such as Apple (App Store), RevenueCat (subscriptions), hosting providers, and AI providers (including Google Gemini) to operate. Your use may be subject to their terms and technical limits. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. AI processing may be slow or temporarily unavailable during high demand; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
The RedEyeX name, branding, and App content (excluding your photos) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The current version is at https://alcisanati.com/redeyex-terms.html. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
