Correction uses cloud AI and can take about 20–30 seconds under normal load, or longer when servers are busy. Try again in a few minutes, use a stable Wi‑Fi or cellular connection, and avoid very large originals if the issue persists.
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. We cannot charge or refund your card directly. Manage your plan under Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions.
Open RedEyeX → Premium / paywall screen → tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
RedEyeX is an independent app. Apple’s standard EULA also applies to App Store downloads where required by Apple.
