These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Walbi mobile application (the “App”), provided by Muhammed Şimşek (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Walbi helps you pause before impulse spending. It may offer product photo analysis, price estimates, wait timers, and on-device history of your decisions. Walbi is a personal tool and does not provide professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
You must meet the minimum age and any other requirements under the laws that apply to you. If you are not allowed to use the App under those laws, do not use it.
You may not need a separate account; much of your data can stay on your device. Premium access is purchased through the Apple App Store and is associated with your Apple ID.
Paid features may be offered as a subscription. Pricing, duration, and renewal are governed by the information shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Cancellation and refunds follow Apple’s policies. Restore reconnects entitlements you already bought to the same Apple ID.
You agree not to misuse the App—for example, by breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to disrupt or compromise the service.
Product analysis or pricing may rely on third-party AI or infrastructure providers to process submitted product photos and return analysis results. Use of those services may be subject to their technical requirements and policies.
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or similar losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
The Walbi name, branding, and App content are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy or redistribute without permission.
We may update these Terms. We will post the current version at https://alcisanati.com/walbi-terms.html. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law.
