Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bellavie iOS application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Bellavie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Bellavie is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula . If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA regarding the license to use the App, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for that license.
1. The service
Bellavie offers personal beauty guidance features such as Face Reading, Palette (color analysis), Visage (makeup suggestions), and Atelier (photo enhancement). Results are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are intended for personal, entertainment, and lifestyle use.
2. Not medical advice
Bellavie is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dermatological, or clinical diagnosis or treatment. Suggestions are aesthetic guidance only. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related concerns.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.
4. Your content & photos
- You are responsible for the photos and information you submit.
- You confirm you have the right to use any image you upload.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- By submitting a photo for a feature, you grant us a limited license to process that photo solely to provide the requested result and operate the service.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Certain features require a paid Bellavie Premium subscription. Subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple to your Apple ID.
- Plans may include weekly and yearly options. Prices are shown in the App and/or App Store listing and may vary by region.
- Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of any free trial, if offered).
- Renewal charge occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage / cancel — you can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or via your Apple ID account page.
- Restore — use Restore Purchases in the App if you reinstall or change devices with the same Apple ID.
Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. We cannot process App Store refunds directly.
6. Free trials & promos
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, length and eligibility will be disclosed in the App or App Store. Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as permitted by Apple’s rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or API beyond normal use.
- Attempt to bypass subscription or security controls.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Misrepresent AI output as professional medical advice.
8. Intellectual property
The App, brand, design, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. Except for the limited license to use the App under Apple’s Standard EULA and these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. AI results & disclaimer
AI outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or inconsistent. Colors, makeup tips, face-reading notes, and enhanced images are suggestions only. You use results at your own discretion.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, pause, or end as we improve Bellavie.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellavie and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription (if any) in the three (3) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
