This Privacy Policy explains how Bellavie (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bellavie iOS application (the “App”). Bellavie is operated in connection with alcisanati.com. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Bellavie is a personal beauty companion that provides AI-assisted face reading, color analysis, makeup suggestions, and photo enhancement features. For privacy questions, contact us at destek@alcisanati.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- Photos you choose to provide — selfies or portraits you capture or select for analysis and enhancement.
- Onboarding & profile preferences — such as skin type, concerns, color preferences, and beauty goals you select in the App. These are stored on your device.
- Analysis results — AI-generated notes, color recommendations, makeup suggestions, and related content. Feature history may be stored locally on your device.
- Subscription & purchase data — handled by Apple and our subscription partner (RevenueCat). We receive entitlement status (for example, whether Premium is active), not your full payment card details.
- Technical data — limited device and request information needed to operate our API (for example, app language preference and standard server logs).
We do not ask you to create a traditional account with email/password inside Bellavie.
3. How we use your information
- To provide Face Reading, Palette (color analysis), Visage (makeup tips), and Atelier (photo enhancement).
- To personalize guidance based on preferences you share during onboarding.
- To process and restore Premium subscriptions.
- To improve reliability, security, and customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. AI processing of photos
When you use analysis or enhancement features, the photo you submit is sent securely to our backend API and processed with third-party AI services (including Google Gemini) to generate results. Photos are used for that request and related service operation — not for advertising profiles.
Please only upload photos you have the right to use. Avoid uploading images of other people without appropriate permission, and do not upload sensitive documents or unrelated personal data.
5. Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to run the App:
- AI / cloud processing providers — to generate analysis and enhancement results.
- RevenueCat & Apple — for subscription status, purchases, and restores.
- Hosting / infrastructure — to operate our API and website.
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data storage & retention
- Profile preferences and local history are stored primarily on your device.
- Photos sent for analysis are processed to fulfill your request. We do not use them to build a public gallery.
- Server logs may be retained for a limited period for security and debugging.
- You can remove local App data by deleting the App or using device settings where applicable.
7. Permissions
The App may request access to your camera and photo library so you can take or select a selfie. You can change these permissions anytime in iOS Settings. Saving a share card to Photos requires photo library add permission.
8. Children
Bellavie is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact destek@alcisanati.com and we will take appropriate steps.
9. International processing
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do so, we take steps designed to protect your information in line with applicable law.
10. Your choices
- Decline camera/photo permissions (some features will be unavailable).
- Avoid submitting photos you do not want processed.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Contact us to ask questions about this Policy.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
