Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AbsCheck iOS application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using AbsCheck, you agree to these Terms.
Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). AbsCheck is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If there is a conflict regarding the license to use the App, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for that license.
1. The service
AbsCheck offers a visual core assessment from a front torso photo and a 28-day training program built only from an allowed exercise list. Results are AI-assisted lifestyle fitness guidance — not a lab test.
2. Not medical advice
AbsCheck is not a medical device. It does not estimate body-fat percentage, diagnose injury or disease, or guarantee a six pack or any body-composition outcome. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns. Stop any exercise that causes pain.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
4. Photos
- You are responsible for photos you submit. Face is not required; keep it out of the frame.
- Nothing is uploaded until you give explicit consent in the App.
- You confirm you have the right to use the image. Do not upload photos of others without permission.
- By allowing analysis, you grant us a limited license to process that photo solely to provide the requested result.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Full regional scores, detailed analysis, the 28-day program, weekly rescan, and progress charts require a paid AbsCheck Pro subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID.
- Plans may include weekly and yearly options. Prices are shown in the App and/or App Store listing.
- Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of any free trial, if offered).
- Renewal charge occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage / cancel — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or your Apple ID account page.
- Restore — use Restore Purchases if you reinstall or change devices with the same Apple ID.
Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple. We cannot process App Store refunds directly.
6. Free trials
If a free trial is available, length and eligibility will be disclosed in the App or App Store. Unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as permitted by Apple’s rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass subscriptions, or treat AI output as medical advice.
8. Intellectual property
The App, brand, exercise catalog, and related materials belong to us or our licensors.
9. AI results
Scores are a visual read of one photo. Lighting, angle, and photo quality change the number. Programs only include exercises from our allowed list. You use results at your own discretion.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbsCheck and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or injury arising from exercise. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription (if any) in the three (3) months before the claim.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
