Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AbsCheck (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AbsCheck iOS application (the “App”). AbsCheck is operated in connection with alcisanati.com. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
AbsCheck is a visual fitness companion that scores a front torso photo and builds a core training plan. It does not estimate body-fat percentage, diagnose medical conditions, or promise a six pack. For privacy questions, contact destek@alcisanati.com.
2. Information we collect
- Photos you choose to provide — a torso photo, only after you give explicit in-app consent. We ask you to keep your face out of the frame. The server resizes the image and crops the top of portrait shots to reduce the chance a face is processed.
- Onboarding profile — goal, training level, weekly days, session length, equipment, and injury notes. Stored on your device.
- Scan and training history — scores, programs, session duration, sets, and streak. Stored locally on your device.
- Purchase & attribution data — App Store / RevenueCat subscription status, and AppsFlyer identifiers if you allow tracking, to measure ads and restore purchases.
- Device language — sent with analysis requests so results can be written in your language.
3. How we use photos
A photo is sent to our Hostinger API and then to Google Gemini solely to produce a visual core assessment for that request. Photos are not used to train a public model by us. We do not sell photos. Do not send a photo of someone else without their permission.
4. Legal bases & sharing
We share data with processors needed to run the App: Apple (App Store), RevenueCat (subscriptions), AppsFlyer (attribution, if you authorize tracking), Google (Gemini analysis), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention
Local profile, scans, and workouts remain on your device until you delete the App or reset data. Photos sent for a live analysis are processed to fulfill that request and are not kept as a user account gallery on our servers.
6. Tracking
If you allow App Tracking Transparency, we may use an advertising identifier with AppsFlyer to measure campaigns. You can refuse tracking; the App still works.
7. Children
AbsCheck is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
8. Your rights
Depending on your region you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Email destek@alcisanati.com. Device-only data is removed by deleting the App.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
